Completed cross stitch lighthouse. This came out so pretty, can’t wait to get it framed.
-
It’s getting there. I’m going to have to do at least 2 more repeats in addition to the pattern instructions so that the whole piece measures nicely square.
-
Stitched up this cute sashiko pouch kit. Vaguely annoying that the kit instructions didn’t actually tell you how to cut/assemble the pouch, but I figured it out. I’m going to use it to keep some fibre tools in.

I finally started up this peyote bracelet pattern I got ages ago. I used to do beading when I was much younger & I remember enjoying the repetition of it. This small bracelet section took about 3 hours to complete.
-
I was having too much fun and kept forgetting to take a wip photo. Anyway, this is basically half done now…?
-
Last pair of pants I’ll need for a while, mostly complete apart from the hems. In the middle of sewing these I realised that I was accidentally sewing up the Second Doctors pants (Patrick Troughton’s Doctor in Doctor Who actually wore yellow check pants, just no one knew until we got the animated/colourised episodes).
-
Completed little gardener chickadee. How cute is it?!
-
Complete cornflower blackwork. This represents approximately 50ish hours of work.
-
WIP of the blackwork square design. It’s beginning to look so striking as all the elements come together.
-
I got super annoyed at how I kept putting this project off, so I finally just cleared time to sit & start stitching.
