  • Main project: K’rahmyteh raven mask blank by #CrystumesCostumes Sketch of K’rahmyteh (as yet un-inked) fur sample for fursuit hood rooster and goose feathers for fursuit detailing

  • School holidays again, so here’s something I managed to knock up over the last week of school to get me in the mood for relaxing.

  • Apparently only marking one side of the fabric is useless, so I had to laboriously measure the other back panel fastidiously making sure all the marks matched up! I now understand why the instructions kept talking about ceasing both pieces using a Japanese spatula thing… Of course, there is the other problem about finishing edges.…

  • Beavering away on my sashiko table runner. Almost finished the first panel now!

  • These sashiko square panels are destined to become a set of placemats for my ‘I’m going to move out soon’ collection of stuff. I’m going to start stitching them into a placemats using the fabrics I got a the craft fair a few weeks ago, just need to decide on how to arrange the design…

  • Completed crochet whale. Attaching all the pieces together was far more fiddly that I anticipated, but I was worth it. A cuddly smooth top with a textured ribbed underbelly makes for tactile heaven!

  • Having a whale of a time doing some whale assembly!

  • Finally finished the Dimensions pattern “Max the Cat” – time taken approximately 4 weeks spread over a 7 month period. Interesting how the natural sunlight on my back porch tinted all the whiter areas blue!

  • I made little crochet cuttlefish. Much cute! Many Ood-like cuddles! 😊
