Completed shiba plush, done with NazFx’s pattern. NFS. This chonk already has a home.
-
Main forms have been sewn. Next steps are to appliqué the inner ear details & sew, then assemble everything.
-
I’ve almost done with all the plush feature details. I am using quality wool felt & everything has been hand sewn down using a teensy fairy stitch. I think this mimics machine embroidery pretty damn well honestly!

Starting the last major project for the year … NazFx’s shiba plush pattern! These are the 43 pieces of the plush pattern, but since I don’t have an embroidery machine, there are going to be more pieces cut for the face and paw details.
-
Finally got around to trimming my personal bears face. I recently got a curved scissor set which was the perfect tool for this.
-
Thread sculpted feet and paws for the truffle bear. This took literal hours and thread pulling hurt my hands, but the end result is so satisfying. These still need colour shading before being attached to the body (& I’m terrified of doing it! What if I stuff them up?!).
-
Stuffed all the parts, ready for detailing. Also made the weight bag for the body, ready to be inserted when the limbs/head are installed.
-
More work on the large truffle teddy. I’ve basted then machine stitched everything, clipped the curves, and inserted the joints.
-
48 pieces of a faux mohair/real mohair truffle themed personal teddy bear. This all took about 5 solid hours to mark, cut, and prep.

Meet ‘Otto’, a 14” bear made using Furaddiction’s lyric pattern. His fur has guard hairs and he features brown glass eyes and suede paw pads shaded with derwent inktense blocks & pencils. He wears a quadruple bow with a natural seashell ornament. Not for sale. This bear already has a home.
