  • Here are some WIPs of of the fossil cowl. Yep, double knitting takes forever. But this cowl is gonna be sooo worth it once I’m finished with it!

  • Completed knitting dpn cosies. They’re all a little bit different because I played around with the pattern. Snugglepot cosie is the vanilla pattern with 6 dpn slots and 8 large pockets.   • Decided to start with the knitting needle cosies. I did one vanilla off the pattern, then I started to experiment by adding elastic retaining straps & adding in extra pockets.

  • Progress on my double knit fossil cowl. This is honestly going to take forever as I can only comfortably do 2-3 rounds at a time, but realistically I am actually knitting 2 pieces of fabric at once! This is the bottom ribbing and the first few rows of the colourwork. Stay tuned!

  • Process pics of creating some practice colourwork mug rugs. I’m teaching myself stranded colourwork knitting because I want to make up a lovely cowl pattern I found. I don’t really enjoy knitting but finished colourwork is worth it.

  • I rediscovered my beading equipment recently and have been making a bunch of knitting/crochet stitch marker sets. I’m planning to possibly even make some bookmark hooks. The ones off to the side I’m keeping, but all the others will eventually be photographed and put up in my Etsy.
