  • Powering away on the paw part of this commission. These are turning out to be the most complicated paws I’ve ever made with appliqué details, cuticles, spots, & escapes!

  • All the spots have been sewn in & the finger tops attached. Next step is to ready all the minky parts for install.

  • I always do a test fit of the belt tube before my endcaps get sewn down. I also pin down to the stabiliser foam insert in multiple places to ensure the cap can’t rotate when I secure it to the fur.

  • Since the discourse about fursuits being too expensive is going around again, here’s a pattern for a fursuit head. That’s 28 pieces just for half a head!   • There is truely no such thing as a ‘simple’ tail pattern. I patterned up a basic 3 colour design using the maquette method (where you pattern small then enlarge to correct scale) & still ended up with 16 pieces. This means the whole tail will have 32 pieces total, not including pieces for the gore…

  • Parasaur tail core for the premade. The white is calico reinforcing & the end has a lovely wiggle to it.

  • Spent all evening finalising the parasaur body design.

  • Almost done with the colourway options for the para mask. This one is looking particularly sexy.
