  • This has definitely been a ‘trust the process’ project because after the initial antiquing I was convinced I’d ruined it. I also switched some colours around on the saddle and went with dark pawpads/lips compared to the original concept which I think looks much better.

  • I’m making up a new paw/tail set for my shop, mainly to get rid of some of the fabric stash. The set is going to be inspired by the Australian blue banded bee. Here I’ve cut all the bits needed for the plush paws.

It’s painted using atelier and folkart metallic acrylics, with antiquing in 2 colours and is sealed with a Uv resistant gloss finish.
