  • Whatever am I stitching now? (hint: it’s smol and flutters)

  • Finally finished the bumble bee! The photo doesn’t do it justice, it looks very realistic in real life.

  • Made some considerable progress. Although, the colours are so similar in some areas I now am cross-eyed!

  • Stitching one last bee to go with the others.

  • Some embroidery insects that I worked on sporadically the last few months. Forgot to take progress shots of the work up.

  • Finished stitching up an orange slice. Pattern from #StitchYourDream on etsy. I want to adjust the colours for a blood orange and frame as a pair for my kitchen.

  • Progress on the baby whale. So close to finishing now…

  • More progress on the whale; currently filling in the back of the main whale, then I’ll move on to the smaller baby positioned underneath.

  • More progress on the whale. I’m going to be heading over into flipper and tail territory soon!

  • A quick weekender bookmark project. Unfortunately the ribbon provided was vastly too small to cover the stitching on the back, so I improvised with a felt insert that extended just enough on either side of the ribbon to hide the stitching.
