  • Spinning some merino on my new Mingo&Asho glasspin. I taught myself to spin supported earlier this year.   • Marathon session with lots of accidental stabbing getting all the fingers aligned & sewn. No kidding, this is a finnicky pattern!

  • I got super annoyed at how I kept putting this project off, so I finally just cleared time to sit & start stitching.

  • Aaaaaand I’m at it again. I must admit that really I’m just trying to use up a stash of silicone beads I have lying around…problem is I run out of colours that go together which prompts more bead purchases…

  • Packaging finally arrived and I have spent hours photographing all the beaded items and packing them up. There’s glass/stone/polymer clay bead stitch markers, wine charm sets, earrings, silicone bead pens/lanyards/keychains. I’ll be uploading everything into my Etsy store in batches over the next week or so.

  • Decided to try to streamline these comms, so I spent a morning completing all the basic seams on the second paw set. Does anyone else think the finger tubes resemble purple cannelloni?

  • More progress on the fossil cowl. It took me a week of knitting every day before dinner to add another inch to the design. Double knitting is slow yet worth it!
