Throwback to when I made my wedding bouquets. I still have mine in a decorative vase brightening up my bathroom. My grandmother was given my matron-of-honours bouquet whilst my matron-of-honour got a compilation bouquet made from all the table decoration mini bouquets.

My SIL taught me how to spin over the holidays. Now I need to make up a niddy noddy to get this yarn off and start all over again because god this is relaxing to do.

Throwback! Miwaks’ bonetail weighs in at 2kg but thanks to the lumbar belt feels relatively light and has a lovely bounce.

Holiday throwback! When your paws are too big for the chip packet

Completed shiba plush, done with NazFx’s pattern. NFS. This chonk already has a home.
-
Completed double tree frogs decoupage. Again a photo to show the effect from the way it’s meant to be viewed, and a video to show the full effect of the paper tole technique.
-
Main forms have been sewn. Next steps are to appliqué the inner ear details & sew, then assemble everything.

I’m on a roll, currently doing up the companion print for the tree frog. This one is slightly more annoying as there’s lots of tucking instead of straight overlay.
-
Completed tree frog paper tole. Time taken was 4 sittings of about 3-4 hours each.

I’ve almost done with all the plush feature details. I am using quality wool felt & everything has been hand sewn down using a teensy fairy stitch. I think this mimics machine embroidery pretty damn well honestly!
