  • A little WE foo puppy painted in the likeness of a magnificant riflebird. This little pup was a fun quick paint to do after work. Painted using atelier acrylics & folkart metallics, and sealed with an archival satin spray with accents picked out in gloss mod podge sealant.

  • ‘Thyreus’ WindstoneEditions kirin. I painted this piece with the colouration of the blue neon cuckoo bee in mind. It’s painted using atelier and folkart metallic acrylics, with antiquing in 2 colours and is sealed with a Uv resistant gloss finish. • Meet ‘Otto’, a 14” bear made using Furaddiction’s lyric pattern. His fur has guard hairs and he features brown glass eyes and suede paw pads shaded with derwent inktense blocks & pencils. He wears a quadruple bow with a natural seashell ornament. Not for sale. This bear already has a home.

  • A natural coloured bear in progress. Here’s a look at all 52 pieces, which took about 5 hours total to cut and prepare for sewing.

  • Personal paint of a #WindstoneEditions pyo to resemble my companion parrot. Painted using atelier acrylics & folkart metallics, with antiquing & wash shadowing in 7 different colours, drybrushed highlights/blending, and sealed with an archival satin varnish.

  • Painted up a windstones kitty gryph for my SIL to look like her own kitty. Eyes were handpainted as they weren’t the ones that came with the sculpt.

  • Completed these at the start of #SydneyLockdown but only just managed to get decent photos. These are Miss Monster casts, aren’t they adorbs!
