  • And the collab gloves are done! I’d forgotten how finneky these stretch gloves are to construct but the effort is definately worth it. And yes, these do have conductive thread in 3 of the fingers so you can use your phone.

  • More work on the feetsies! I carved out the toe shapes using the dremel and sanded smooth, before using my gas stove to heat seal the foam again. Claws were made from apoxie sculpt, sanded, and glued into the toes. Hot glue is along the toe bottoms as an extra safeguard against toe tears, and…

  • I’m only doing a partial fursuit so I made a dtd with shorter arms and legs. Then taped it up to pull a pattern. Many things wrong with this including being too tight/small and the side zipper placement is wrong. More work to do!

  • Progress of the crest rigging & updated forehead rest and head harness. I’m very pleased with the rest & harness from #TwinBlueChimera as the mask now feels a lot more stable on my head with the weight now resting firmly on my forehead rather than my glasses!
