  • Another thing I have been doing is making up another “incoming bebe” pack for a friend. I went a little overboard as I’m trying to use up scraps/offcuts and any random fabric that doesn’t have a specified purpose. Pack included 2 blankets (full minky, minky/cotton), 2 swaddles, 5 bibs

  • Last two surprises for my american friend. A silicone bead baby teething necklace, and a crochet deer teether ring. The deer is a pattern by #VineraEyerPatterns on etsy.

  • My American friend is having a baby and since I had some scrap fabrics from previous projects and there was space in the postage box, I made up some cute bibs as a surprise. These are super simple, just sew some scraps together, then layer everything, cut the bib, and sew.

  • Made up 2 baby sleep sacks/swaddles for my american friend. It was a very cute pattern (The Pod Swaddler from While They Sleep Design on Etsy), that I only made 1 modification to to allow for a double blanket without raw seam edges left inside.   • My American friend is having a baby so it was the perfect excuse to make up the fish booties again. This time I also made a selection of different sized ‘normal’ booties for some baby fashion variety.

  • Glob glob goldfish! Some very fancy footwear I made for my best friends new baby. Made using 3 colours of super soft baby wool and cotton thread for the eyes. Completed over 3 days.
