  • Needed to do something repetitive & slightly mindless. I’ve been making up more bookmark & earrings designs – they’ll hit my etsy shop once I get nicer weather to photograph everything (it’s been pretty damn rainy lately).

  • Here’s all my parts for the fursuit collab I’m doing with @urboros! These parts are for the green fantasy bird skull mask they are making and feature a wired feather fan in the tail, hidden tail belt loop, and conductive thread fingertips (so you can use your phone in suit!).   • Moffy is super difficult to photograph! The mask (so far) features an iridescent paint job, moveable ear tufts, moving jaw, and orange glow eyes. This mask isn’t finished yet. I am planning to add a fur hood with included rooster feathers, but that’s going to have to wait until I have more money for materials.

  • First pass of hand sewing on these paws is now completed. Next I need to do the machine sewing of the pads before they can be installed.

  • Completed sunflower diamond painting.

  • Bit late, but everything got away from me. Plus it was really hard to pick things I’d made last year I was proud of. Last year felt really overwhelming & I didn’t feel like I made much which clearly wasn’t true at all. Anyway, these are my favourites from last year.

  • Took my new handmade blending board & packing brush set (from Celestial Farms on Etsy) for a spin. All these rolags weighed in at 351 grams. The Splatoon-a-melon is merino, bio nylon, trilobal nylon, & rose fibre. The Aussie rolags are merino, superwash merino, trilobal nylon, & rose fibre.

  • I did something crazy & bought an advent calendar this year … a wool/fibre advent calendar! I’m going to try do a post every day of December this year as I open up each packet of this World Of Wool advent calendar box. This is gonna be fun!

  • On the homeward stretch now! Although the outer motif is making me cross-eyed as I stitch it 😵
