  • Completed tree frog paper tole. Time taken was 4 sittings of about 3-4 hours each.

  • Started up another paper tole decoupage. This one already has lots of foamcore supports under the large base layer pieces.

  • Foliage, rowboat, & distant fence added in. I also extracted & prepped the mid-ground fence.

  • Since the discourse about fursuits being too expensive is going around again, here’s a pattern for a fursuit head. That’s 28 pieces just for half a head!   • Fur swatches organised on audio felt boards is the workflow & space saver tool I never knew I needed but now can’t live without! I am now a powerful designing, crafting machine!

  • Here’s the final design for the parasaur premade & this sheet will go with the partial. The final owner will be able to name them and I’ll add that to the sheet.

  • Finished purse bags. Two of these are mine and the rest are gifts. Some have contrasting internal pockets and some have additional bead decoration hanging from the top.

  • I spent a couple of delightful hours dremeling. Miwak’s eye ports needed smoothing, a half snarl mask needed prepping, and I started prep work for the next cosplay (spirit of the north fox).

  • Completed puffy paws modeled by my partner. For my first pair of ‘proper’ paws I’m very pleased how they turned out, despite having some minor flaws. I learnt so much and now I’m going to make my own pattern for 5-finger paws and experiment with installing finger escapes.

  • I’ve been updating K’rahmyteh’s reference sheet. Haven’t painted for so long that I thought I couldn’t until I remembered I needed a colour palette…
