3 iterations of cardboard prototype & 2 paper patterns versions later, I have what I hope will become a successful foam mask.
Foam often requires bevels for the shapes to read & hold properly, sadly beveling cardboard doesn’t really work. So I cut all the foam pieces with straight edges and worked out the bevels by pinning the pieces together. Some pieces requiring an outer bevel or slight form adjustment were discarded and re-cut.
